Summer Summit

Our Summer Summit brings the national summer associate class together in New York City, home to Weil’s global headquarters, for a signature experience designed to expand both your perspective and your connections. Over several days, you’ll learn from Firm leaders and build relationships with fellow summer associates from across the country. It’s a chance to experience the energy of the broader Weil community.

Some of the most valuable parts of your summer will happen outside an assignment. Your interests will shape your Weil Summer Associate experience. Assignment coordinators work with you to identify opportunities that align with your interests. Throughout the summer, you’ll have the flexibility to deepen existing interests, explore new ones and discover the work that challenges and inspires you.

Every summer associate is paired with partner, counsel and associate mentors who provide guidance and perspective throughout the program. With their guidance, you’ll learn to navigate complex, high-impact matters and exercise the judgment that informs critical decisions.

Your day-to-day learning is complemented by professional development and feedback designed to deepen skillsets and broaden perspectives. Assignment coordinators provide additional guidance, helping you navigate your summer and explore the practice areas that interest you.
